Where the name came from, and why I do this the way I do.
Coverage With Purpose.John 3:16
The name has two personal meanings.
John 3:16 has always been one of the most meaningful and familiar verses in my life. And my birthday is 16 March — 3/16.
What’s special to me is that I had already decided to rename the business Three16 Benefits before I began studying the book of John deeply. Through that study, John 3:16 became much more than a verse I’d heard all my life. I began understanding more deeply what it means to believe in Jesus, to surrender to God, to receive what He has, and to allow the Holy Spirit to work.
There have been seasons of success and seasons of struggle. Heartbreak, relationships, opportunities, and times I walked away from things that didn’t align with where I believed God was leading me. Through all of it, God kept meeting me.
My faith changed how I see my life, my business, and the people I help. That is where Coverage With Purpose comes from.
I don’t want to simply sell a policy. I want to serve people well, be honest, educate, help them understand what they’re purchasing, help families protect what matters, and use the opportunities God gives me to genuinely help people.
I’m an independent insurance broker, and I believe people deserve more than being handed a policy and told they’re covered.
Insurance can be confusing, and many people don’t fully understand their coverage until they need to use it. That’s what I want to change.
My job is to slow everything down, explain the options in plain language, and help people understand what they’re actually purchasing.
As an independent broker, I can work with multiple companies and products rather than having only one solution to offer. Sometimes we may find a better option. Sometimes we may find someone is already in a good position. Either way, I want them to understand why.

What a policy excludes matters as much as what it covers. I would rather tell you about the limitations up front than have you discover them at a claim.
03
I'm not tied to a single company, so I don't have to make one solution fit everybody.

You are allowed to think about it. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to ask me the same question three times.
No obligation, no cost for the conversation, and no pressure at the end of it.
